Relive the voices of all your guests with the audio guestbook. Using a real vintage phone, guests can leave audio messages throughout your event simply by picking it up and leaving a message. All messages are compiled into a short podcast-style audio files for your listening pleasure.

Share moments from your day with this social media-first approach to video. Using a GoPro and an attentive eye, we’ll capture the best moments of your day, take over your social media throuhgout the event, and quickly turnaround 5 edited vertical reels after the event to share on social media.

How do I book a an enhancment?

1. Reach out.

Fill out our contact form and tell us about your event. We’ll answer any questions you have and discuss an inquiry call. These online inquiry calls are not required and run 15-30 minutes.

2. Sign your agreement.

Once you’re ready to book, we’ll send your contract and invoice online through Square. From there, you’ll pay a $100 retainer (which counts toward your balance). You’ll also be able to manage your invoice online, and make your final payment 60 days before your event using ACH transfer, credit card, or CashApp.

3. Plan your experience.

While you’re welcome to connect and share your event planning milestones along the way, we’ll reach out 4-8 weeks before your event to plan the final details, review logistics, and prepare to party! Our planning meeting includes a comprehensive planning form and a 30-60 minute video call.

4. Capture the memories.

On the day of your event, our team will show up and assemble your PIXi Booth or Audio Guestbook. We’ll leave you to capture new memories, and will remain just a phone call away if you have any questions. If you also have us for content creation, we’ll stay to hang with you! We’ll return to disassemble the booth at the agreed upon time. Within 24 hours of your event, we’ll send you a link to the online gallery of all the captures from your event, with final content creation reels being finished 2 weeks from the event. From there, you’ll be able to share the link and download individual captures.
