Videography for Events
How can I relive my wedding event memories story ?
The Highlight
Our flagship service, and most popular video deliverable. Used for both instant sharing and rewatching years down the line, the narrative Highlight uses video, audio, and key moments captured throughout the day to tell the story of your entire day in about 4-8 minutes.
Full Length Events
These are your standard full ceremony, toasts, and concert videos, ranging from 15 minutes to 90 minutes, depending on the length of the event. Paired with the Highlight, Full Length Edits complete the picture. These videos are simply-edited, multi-camera videos of an entire event, with almost nothing – except awkward sneezes or major pauses – cut out. Just like the Highlight, multiple professional audio sources are used. While these videos aren’t typically shared online, they’re great for revisiting in intimate settings.
Trailers and Reels
Quick videos for building excitement for the rest of your gallery. Trailers and reels have the fastest turnaround time, often being finished less than a week after your event. Clocking in as close to 60 seconds as possible, these videos scored over a significant song from your event have a vertical and horizontal version for sharing on all platforms.
Digital Guestbook
A compilation of messages from your guests. During downtime at your event (typically after special dances at a wedding), we’ll set up a camera and microphone and encourage your guests to leave a special memory, a piece of advice, or a quick commentary about your event. These videos often have a more humorous and tongue–in-cheek tone, with heartfelt messages sprinkled appropriately throughout. These messages will be compiled into a video approximately 6-9 minutes long to be revisited throughout the years.
Save the Date Session
A chance to get comfortable in front of the camera and remind your guests about your upcoming event. In a 1-2 hour session prior to your event, we’ll go on an experiential adventure and get a taste of your story. These videos range from 1-3 minutes and are often shared online in anticipation of the event.
Day Before Interview
A deep dive into the heart of your story. Day Before Interviews, as the name suggests, occur the day before your event. We’ll sit each of the key players of your story (in the case of weddings, both members of the couple) down individually and discuss your story – the past, present, and future. These interviews usually take 30 minutes a piece, and result in a 20-30 minute video. Key moments from the Day Before Interview are also integrated into the Highlight, with more intimate moments being omitted to be revisited privately.
Drone Footage
Enhance your videos with cinematic aerial footage of your event’s venue(s). Drone Footage is primarily used in Highlight videos.
Content Creation
Share your story in real-time with dedicated content creation. We’ll share reels and social media posts to your account throughout your event.

2. Get in touch.
Fill out our contact form and tell us about your event. If you’re not sure what package to choose, we’ll give you recommendations and discuss an inquiry call. These online inquiry calls are not required, and run 15-30 minutes.
3. Sign your agreement.
Once you’re ready to book, we’ll send your contract and invoice online through Square. From there, you’ll pay a $450 retainer (which counts toward your balance), select a payment plan, and sign your agreement. You’ll also be able to manage your invoice online, and make payments using ACH transfer, credit card, or CashApp.
4. Plan your video experience.
While you’re welcome to connect and share your event planning milestones along the way, we’ll reach out 4-8 weeks before your event to plan the final details, review logistics, and get to the heart of your storytelling goals. Our planning meeting includes a comprehensive planning form and a 30-60 minute video call.
5. Live your story.
On the day of your event, we’ll show up prepared, already connected with vendors, and ready to tell your story. You’ll get your final videos about 12-15 weeks after your event through an online gallery, which will be downloadable and accessible for years to come.
